All of our Tamales will be delivered pre-cooked and cold. We recommend storing them in your fridge and steaming them for 25-30 minutes before serving.

To Steam:

Fill a large pot with about an inch of water and place a steaming basket inside.

Your tamales will come individually wrapped in foil to make them retain more heat.

Place the wrapped tamales on top of basket, and make sure no water touches the tamales.

Cover tamales with a plastic bag and a kitchen towel, this will help them steam.

Place the lid on your pot and allow tamales to steam for 25 minutes.
