Women-owned restaurants all over Los Angeles have united to form dozens of collaborative events, one-of-a-kind menu specials and virtual conversations with other leading women in the culinary landscape.

GUELAGUETZA IS PROUD TO OFFER THE FOLLOWING COLLABS:

JAN 22- 24TH: THE GUERRILLAGUETZA TLAYUDA COLLAB:. Two of LA’s most iconic and beloved Mexican restaurants come together for this one-of-a-kind tlayuda collaboration. Female-owned Guerrilla Tacos serves world-class tasting dishes inspired by the flavors of the city and served on a tortilla.

The GuerrillaGuetza tlayuda toppings are: : Refried pinto beans, fried egg, braised leeks, roast sweet potato, Oaxaca Cheese, crumbled feta, scallions, salsa almendra, and crushed corn nuts

JAN 23 - 24TH: BAKED CHORIZO & POTATO EMPANADAS BY FRIENDS AND FAMILY: Friends and Family is a female owned bakery dedicated to all things seasonal with a market-driven menu that offers a variety of artisan breads and pastries made daily with locally-sourced, heirloom grains.

JAN 26 - 28TH: ALL DAY BABY TLAYUDA: Female owned, All Day Baby has been one of our family’s favorite restaurants since it first opened in 2019.  Their iconic breakfast biscuits, burritos and fried hot chicken sandwiches won over the hearts of thousands of Angelenos. Our tlayuda collab brings those same iconic flavors for this one-of a kind ADB tlayuda

JAN 29TH -30TH: TODO VERDE VEGAN CEVICHE: Female owned Todo Verde was forced to pivot this year after their weekend pop up at Smorgasburg and catering business came to a halt in March. Todo Verde’s mission is to provide healthy and delicious plant-based culturally relevant dishes to the East Los Angeles community and beyond. YOLA MEZCAL COCKTAILS: Founded and run by women, Yola mezcal follows a recipe passed down by Yola’s grandfather from 1971. It is distilled in a family farm and bottled by women. Order the Yola Mule and Yola Mezcalina Cocktail

RE:Her is a charitable organization for women-owned restaurants in Los Angeles, created by women who own restaurants in Los Angeles, in response to how COVID-19 has impacted our businesses and our communities.
