We are proud to host Madre’s Chef Alan Sanchez.  Before arriving at Madre in Newport Beach, Sanz served as Executive Chef at Parcela CDMX, Hotel LosAmantes and Pan: AM in Oaxaca, among others.  He has been recognized for numerous awards, including the 2018 Revelation Chef of the Year.
